Beautiful accommodation, exactly as seen on the pictures, spotlessly clean with everything we needed for our stay. The property itself is stunning with beautiful grounds and easy secure parking. It's a great location being an easy 5/10 min drive into Arezzo city centre but also a very good base to use to explore the surrounding areas. Highly recommended and would definitely use again next time we're in Arezzo.

Super schöne Anlage, sehr gepflegt und gleich zum Wohlfühlen. Auch der Pool war für uns ein absolutes Highlight. Wir wurden super herzlich empfangen und bei Fragen schnellstens unterstützt und tolle Empfehlungen ausgesprochen. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir bei euch sein durften.

The apartment was absolutely beautiful and the pool amazing. There was plenty to use in the apartment so you could fit right in with living, cooking etc. The pool is shared with the other apartment but you are not allowed other guests on site which means it remains private with plenty of room for guests to spread out and enjoy the beautiful landscape, pool and home! Luana, Martina and Alessio always respond quickly and are super helpful. We met the whole family and they are amazing. Martina also shared tomatoes home grown in her garden which was beautiful. Our overall experience was amazing and we would love to come back again! My children were so so happy here. Thank you for everything! X

Villa Carniani was onze eerste stop tijdens de vakantie. Wat een prachtige plek, van alle comfort en luxe voorzien. En op steenworp afstand van het mooie oude Arezzo (5 min per taxi). Wij zaten in het grote appartement met heerlijk zonneterras. Martina en Alessio zijn fantastische hosts, er stonden drankjes en hapjes op ons te wachten, en onze dochter kreeg omdat ze 18 werd een fles champagne. We kregen veel nuttige tips voor uitjes in de stad. De 2 appartementen en het zwembad zijn kortgeleden aangelegd en alles is dus gloednieuw. Ook heel fijn om airco te hebben, als het buiten 35C is. Onze 3 kinderen vonden het er heerlijk. Jammer dat we alweer zo snel weg moesten!
