The room is a very spacious double size bedroom with good storage facilities and Wi-Fi access with free parking outside in the Birmingham Perry Bar local area. The location is very convenient with pub, restaurant, and local shop. 7 min away from Alexander Stadium 9 min away from Hamstead Train Station (Birmingham) 10 min away from Perry Hall Park Easy to access to M6 Make sure you check everything before you book! The kitchen facilities are not available to the guest, but you will receive 5 pounds Vouchers from the bays fish bar (Downstairs). You pay just for your room and a shared bathroom. NO SMOKING IN THE ROOM!

A very enjoyable stay. Host was friendly and hospitable. The room was very warm due to its location and the weather. Host very kindly go a fan as he could see I was struggling. He was also flexible on check in time which we needed in the end. Thank you.

Zhiqiang was flexible and helpful with check in. Showed us round too. The room was adequate and spacious with tea and coffee making facilities (but no spoons, milk or sugar). Good clean bathroom.
Clean and comfortable
Zhiqiang's room was clean and comfortable ,and also helped me as it was a short walk to the Alexander stadium, Thank you for providing me with the parking permit it was a great help.
