The house is well located in Bole Haya Hulet, in a quiet and safe area. Despite the great potential of the house, there was too many appliances damaged or not working, (lights, plugs, stove, hottube, tv remote, water leaks, curtains, hot water, or cold water ... ) which despite the great attention of the host and some minor repairs, made the stay not as confortable as expected. the basic minimun were provided, but not half the amenities announced (no towels, no coffe machines, no bikes, barbecues, soaps ... ). For renting that price, the house should be repaired and refurbished on european standard.
