Hi, everyone! Welcome to Cleveland! I am the Director of Operations for my family's property management business, Reilly Properties. We have over 50 years of experience in the short term rental and contracting industry. We own and rent out a variety of luxury short term, pet friendly, fully-furnished homes in family-friendly, safe neighborhoods primarily located minutes from University Circle, Cleveland Clinic, and University Hospitals. We are also a full-service home repair and contracting company, so if anything goes wrong during your stay, we're usually there that same day to fix it. Unlike your average Air BNB "Mom and Pop" hosts, Reilly Properties specializes in providing extended stay housing. Our tenants tend to be families or individuals who will be living in Cleveland for a short period of time and prefer to be in a house, not in a hotel. They can be... -Families displaced by fire or flood damage -Individuals who need a place to recover during and/or after a medical procedure at the Cleveland Clinic -Families relocating to Cleveland who need a short term place to stay while they secure permanent housing We are flexible with our lease terms and are open to price negotiation.
