A great little spot to call home for the weekend. Quiet area which was nice to come back to after a night(s) of music. On average, across various times through out the day, a LYFT costs about $10 from here to the hot spots on Broadway. Don’t let the area scare you. It has been gentrified in the surrounding area. We had several LYFT drivers say “This is a bad area” “Don’t walk around at night” “Why did you choose this location” etc. The area was fine. We had no issue at all with the area, people or anything of the sort. I highly recommend letting Josh host your stay! Cheaper than paying for a hotel downtown! Great for a couple!

The pictures matched what has been posted online for this place. Unfortunately it did not seem that anyone had cleaned recently. There was tons of hair from previous occupants, stains on the comforter, bits of trash and stains around the bathroom. I ended up leaving due to lack of cleanliness. The unit itself is nice, but just poorly maintained.

We had a great stay in Nashville. Josh’s place was convenient to downtown as well as Belle Meade and Centennial Park. Everything was great.
