Very big one level apartment with a huge patio, next to the beach. Great for big family or group of friends who want a private location. Nick was very friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations to do and try in the area. Thank you Nick!

We stayed at the apartment with a family of six adults. The apartment was very well furnished and equipped. We did not want for anything. The view was stunning, and access to the beach was very easy. We had an excellent holiday, even with the excessive heat. I would have no hesitation in recommending six people to rent this property.

Wir (5 Personen) haben eine perfekte Woche in Nicks Haus verbracht und würden sofort wiederkommen! DAS HAUS: Das ebenerdige Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, mit einem gepflegten Garten und einem tollen Ausblick auf eine kleinere Bucht. Wenn man vom Schwimmen kommt, kann man direkt die Freiluftdusche nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll und großzügig und alles ist sauber. Die Klimaanlagen sind leise und funktionieren sehr gut. Außerdem stehen zwei Waschmaschinen bereit und es ist selbstverständlich auch möglich, Wäsche aufzuhängen. Wer mit dem Auto anreist, kann innerhalb des Grundstücks parken. Die Innenausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend. Die Küche ist ausgestattet mit Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und mehr. Gerade wenn man auch zu Hause kochen möchte, findet man in der Küche alles, was man braucht: Gläser, Pfannen, Kochtöpfe, Geschirr, (Fisch-/) Besteck... Wir persönlich sind deshalb sehr selten Essen gegangen - nicht etwa, weil es nicht genügend Restaurants gibt, sondern weil wir in der großen Küche gern und viel gekocht haben. Auf der Terrasse kann man dann wunderbar sitzen und den Abend ausklingen lassen. DIE UMGEBUNG Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, friedlichen Umgebung. Die kleine Bucht, die man von der Terrasse aus sieht, ist zu Fuß in weniger als fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Sie hat einen kleinen Abschnitt mit Sand, wobei der größere Teil Kies ist. Im Haus befinden sich Sonnenschirme und Sonnenliegen, die man gerne in die Bucht mitnehmen kann. Das Wasser und der Strand waren - als wir da waren - wunderbar sauber und nicht überlaufen. Es lohnt sich übrigens, einen Schnorchel und eine Taucherbrille mitzunehmen, da unter Wasser viele schöne Fische zu beobachten sind. Abgesehen von der Bucht gibt es weitere Strände, die wir während unseres Aufenthalts nicht besucht haben. Wir hatten schließlich den perfekten Strand schon vor der Haustür:) Aber auch für kulturelle Ausflüge wie zum Beispiel nach Epidauros, Nafplio oder nach Korinth ist das Haus ein guter Startpunkt. Wie bereits erwähnt gibt jede Menge Restaurants und Nick berät bei der Auswahl gerne. Für den täglichen Bedarf gibt es in der näheren Umgebung zwei größere Supermärkte. Einen "AB" (mit dem Auto einfach ca. 10 Minuten entfernt) und einen "Lidl" (mit dem Auto einfach ca. 20 Minuten entfernt). DER GASTGEBER Nick ist ein unheimlich gastfreundlicher Mensch, mit dem man sich lange und gut unterhalten kann. Er gibt gerne Tipps für Unternehmungen und Besuche in der Umgebung und ist bei Fragen sofort zu Stelle. Er kümmert sich um seine Gäste und sorgt dafür, dass man sich jeden Tag wohlfühlt. Bemerkenswert ist auch, dass er nicht nur fließend Griechisch und Englisch, sondern auch Deutsch spricht - was uns sehr entgegen kam. Der Service war somit rundum perfekt und vollkommen unkompliziert. Gleich am Morgen des vierten Tages, bekamen wir zum Beispiel frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche - was nicht nötig gewesen wäre. Wir können das Haus und seinen Gastgeber also mit gutem Gewissen und von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen!

The accommodation was amazing, we spent a wonderful family time in Nick’s house and the first thought after the end of our staying was to plann the return for next summer.The house is newly renovated and fully equiped with everything necessary.The two bathrooms are fully renovated and have new furniture, also all the furniture in the bedrooms and the livingrooom is new and confortable.More, the beds are very comfortable and equiped with new mattress, so that a guest of the house will definately sleep like a baby!The terrace of the house is one of the best parts of the property, is large and comfortable, as the sun shines from the back side of the house, so that the guests of the house will enjoy the late mornings from the lovely terrace, admiring the gorgeous and spectacular landscape.Opposite the property there is a very nice beach, with warm water of the bay.The house offers comfort and serenity and because it’s very clean and new, we felt like home and enjoyed it very much. More than this, it was a huge surprise to discover the area, as for us it was our first time in Porto Heli, but travelling all over Greece for about 20 years, we trully considered it one of the best places to spent a hollyday.The surprise came by discovering the neighbours of the house and from all over the area, which were actually royalties from Europe or other famous people.The area is very secure because of this fact, there is no any problem to make a night walk on the street where the house is located, you will just meet a lot of security guards!During the day, it was quite nice to discover wonderful bays with crystal waters and to see fancy boats of the neighbours! We will definately return to this house, Nick made us feel great, his hospitality is another reason for our future choice for our family hollyday.
