房东互动：非常喜欢房东，她热情，服务周到，还给我做了可口的早餐，我们成为了好朋友。 床非常舒服！离海边非常近，只需要步行几步！ 我太爱这个地方了，真希望我能拥有这样的房子。 公共区域里有三只非常可爱非常乖的小猫咪，她们总是很安静。我喜欢它们。 下次有机会我还会住在这里的。 💙💙💙💙🤍🤍🤍🤍

Pros: Host was very responsive & accommodating, easy in and out, room does look like the photos. Cons: I've never left a bad review, but feel I have to be honest. The pungent odor of pet urination and perfume was very strong in my opinion. Unit C is a basement room. Window had no screen or lock on it but a baseball bat was provided for safety. Window opens to a concrete type of pit that someone can jump in. If I was alone, I wouldn't have stayed. No air flow so the room felt very closed in, stagnant & smelly. I had to buy Lysol to make it manageable. Low lighting. The bed was only a sheet and thin bedspread and it was cold. I felt bad texting the host so late to ask for a blanket but she was very responsive and told me exactly where to find one. Shared bathroom had two dingy hand towels for all, don't find that sanitary. Room lacked decor, and unfortunately, I did not find the room to be cheery. I had stayed in a 2nd flr room before and it was fine, but can't recommend UnitC.

The place was great. Close to several restaurants and lots to do. You can see the ocean from the sidewalk. Will definitely contact these girls again.

Cinthia is a great host and a wonderful communicator. We usually stay in hotels when we travel but after a little research about the location we decided to give it a try. And it didn’t disappoint. The place was clean and very private. We didn’t have a dedicated parking space so we parked our car on the street which was plenty. The location is what drawn us to this place. It’s just minutes walk to the beach. Redondo Beach pier is nearby and there are tons of places to eat, drink and see. Fresh seafood, local bars, and live music are some of the highlights we enjoyed. Overall… easy 5 stars. Thank you, Cinthia!!

Cinthia and co-hosts are absolutely awesome, friendly, sweet, easy,super professional and paid back at the same time! This has been my favorite and happiest, and easiest stay by far with Airbnb!
