The home was spotless. Bed was comfortable & loved the soft sheets & pillowcases. Plenty of towels & washcloths plus rain showerhead in bath. Comfy chairs in living room. Decor was perfect for the house. Super hosts!. I would definitely recommend it to friends & I would stay there again.

We have stayed at several Abnb and this is one of the best by far. Benjamin was very responsive and friendly...in fact he rescued one of our guests when she had a flat tire on the way there. Great country setting with a town close by. Thank you, Benjamin.

We loved our stay at the farmhouse. The house was perfect and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pigs on the farm were a special treat! Knob Noster State Park is less than a mile away and a great place for hiking and spending time in nature. We would highly recommend!

Fern’s Farmhouse is a quaint, quiet, relaxing place. I so enjoyed my stay there. The hosts were excellent, and if I ever need to come to Knob Noster again, I would definitely book another stay here.
