Levi is very helpful and responsive. The house itself needs some work but Levi was able to be reasonable with me. Overall great stay. 👍

We picked this because it was LARGE. The 5 bedrooms were great. Everyone had space. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Everything else here was just ok. The house was 54 degrees upon arriving, I can say the furnace worked to bring it up to temp. The house needs maintenance. The kitchen is very dated and is in need of upgrades. Is it functional, YES however, the kitchen drawer fell apart as I pulled it out and the refrigerator didn't work. We did not contact Levi as my husband is very handy and fixed both issues. However, we shouldn't of had to. The tub needs a good snaking as we were all standing in water as we showered, but the shower was good. The basement is not a place for children as the flooring is loose in spots. The bathroom downstairs is in need of upgrades too, yet it is functional. The backyard is in need of a good cleaning as lots of clutter. It worked for my large family as we were in town for a wedding and like I said, everyone had a room.

Overall, the stay here was ok. The second bathroom was in the basement and the basement was a bit dingy. We arrived to a pretty dirty bathroom floor. Levi responded by saying that maintenance had to snake the tub after other party left, which was probably why the mess. The rest of the floors throughout the main floor were also sticky. Felt as if there was a soap film left all over. This was an issue as we had infants crawling around. We requested a re-cleaning for these issues. Was told that cleaning was requested, but nobody ever came. We ended up finding a different way to clean the floors where we felt comfortable walking around in bare feet. There was no hand soap anywhere upon arrival, but Levi was responsive to this and had some delivered within a few hours. There was no extra blankets anywhere on site, which should be provided in a colder climate. Not everyone needed an extra one, but some were cold at night. Overall, place was sufficient, but there was nothing extra.
