Comfortable stay in a lovely modern bungalow! Ben was a fantastic host, very responsive and helpful. Easy parking, lovely living space, pool/air hockey table in the shed was great fun. Spotlessly clean. Lovely comfy reclining sofa. The hammock in the photos is no longer there which was a shame but no big deal. The beds are both doubles and are very soft memory foam which seemed to dip a bit in the middle, which wasn't to my preference but it's a very individual thing. There is no shower gel/shampoo/conditioner provided in the bathroom and no basic cooking supplies like oils, butter etc so be sure to pack your own. Tea, coffee and milk were supplied which was great and plenty of cutlery, crockery, pots and pans. Check in/out couldn't have been easier, very smooth and relaxing stay overall. Thanks Ben!

Ben’s bungalow is stylish and perfectly located on a quiet road, for our trip to meet up with family in Oulton Broad. Every tech gadget you could imagine has been installed at the property and all worked well! The garden was perfect for our 1 year old grandson to run around in and the summer house with pool table looked great, although we didn’t have time to make use of it. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment and the shower was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property. Thank you, Ben.
