We had the most magical time at the Toccoa River Front Retreat! We stayed through Christmas time for a family reunion and felt so at home. Erica even had the home beautifully decorated for Christmas! It was everything we hoped for and more. The hosts made us feel very welcome with so many special touches like having the fire pit set up and leaving us some local treats. It was very comfortable, inviting, and spacious. The house was very “turn key” - everything you need for vacation was already there (spices, baking good, towels, etc). We enjoyed our stay very much and recommend staying here to everyone!

My friend and I spent weeks looking for an awesome getaway and immediately thought this place met our standards. After spending four nights here I can say it definitely did! We had 14 guys total and everyone had a blast. Bocce ball, corn hole, and fishing were just some of the things we all enjoyed. Movie nights were super enjoyable too and the popcorn machine worked! We also floated the river from the dam back to the Airbnb but I cannot stress enough make sure to start the float at least an hour before noon when they cut off the water… we didn’t and it took 3 hours to get back. Still fun but a lot of work and time! Erica was super responsive, nice, flexible, and helpful. The remote batteries were missing and they brought over two packs of new batteries first thing in the morning. I definitely recommend this place and think it’s a beautiful area with a lot to offer.

The home was perfect for our family vacation. It's a beautiful location on the river. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, plenty of space in the house for a large family. Lots of seating (comfortable seating) at all the gathering spots. So much to do at the home, no one wanted to leave. The host was very responsive and positive. Can't wait to go back.

What a beautiful house located in the most convient area. Only a five minute drive to down town Blue ridge. Plenty of beautiful hikes and waterfalls within a 30 minute drive. There were 14 of us and we slept comfortably. The amenities are amazing. The house is located right on the Toccoa river. We did a cold plunge every day and it was glorious! We made a fire every night and had dinner at the beautiful table outside under the cafe lights and stars. It rained a few days that we were there but we didn't ever notice. We felt at home and very comfortable. The house and Erica are amazing! We will be back 100%.
