The Hadley cottage is a great place to bring the family for a fun get-a-way or perfect for your work needs. This chic & modern cottage is 3 minutes from I-35 and conveniently located to get you anywhere in the KC metro quickly. This is a quiet neighborhood with wide sidewalks within walking distance to restaurants or shopping. The cottage features a freshly renovated interior, huge fenced backyard, and a long driveway for ample parking. Built in 1946, this cute home has been renovated in 2022. The home has 2 beds on main floor, new loft space upstairs with foldout couch and chair.

We really enjoyed this place and would definitely come back. We had a small issue with the door code but Shane responded within minutes and corrected the problem immediately. We would highly recommend staying here!

Shane was absolutely great to work with. We reached out to him for a needed item and he was not in the area but made adjustments to his plans and brought us the item, immediately. Couldn’t ask for better customer service and place to stay. I highly recommend this place for any stay that is in this particular area.
Such a clean and cute place. And the upstairs is perrrfect and so cute. Hosts were super awesome to speak with. Flexible check in. Did I mention clean?!
Only “inconvenience” was the Ubers weren’t always quickly available in that area. Other than that, there are tons of restaurants near by and the neighborhood is quiet. It was a great stay!

The home is located on a quiet street with wide sidewalks to enjoy a walk and the beautiful neighborhood built in 1946. Restaurants and shopping are a 10 minute walk away–Quick Trip, IKEA, McDonalds, Home Depot, Chili’s and more….
The cottage is a convenient location to jump on the highway to enjoy all the attractions the Kansas City area has to offer or attend work meetings and events:

There is a long driveway with ample parking. No parking in the street for a long period of time, however, as their are "No Parking" signs.

My wife Gina and I have two boys, 19 and 16. We like to boat, travel-when we can and attend our boys events….basketball, football, and choir concerts. We like to host friends and guests at our places which led us to sharing the Hadley cottage.
