4/22-4/28 in St. Simons. Property is as described - clean, well appointed, easy to find and convenient. Most locations are very walkable from the unit. I very much enjoyed the island and having a comfortable place to return to was ideal. A couple of note items: * Pool is set directly in front of the unit, super convenient. With slider open you hear all conversation, kids and any music below. Not good or bad just something to be aware of. * Pool is heated and was a deciding factor in selecting this property. I was informed day of arrival that pools (there are 2 on the property) would be closed for half of my stay for parking lot resurfacing. Closure did not last the entire 3 days but was disappointing to learn, only after I arrived, none-the-less. Thanks to Theresa for a wonderful home away from home!

1. Nice location 2.Hard to tell it's pet friendly due to how clean and fresh it was. 3. Great size 1br and 1 ba for our family of 5. 4. The balcony overlooking the pool was a beautiful sight. 5. Everyone including main residents and visitors were so friendly. Bottom line after weeks of looking for the perfect vacation home this was it no doubt. I really thought the price was to good to be true but, I was wrong. Oh and by the way from the beginning booking to the check out was so smooth. I could only find one question to contact Ms. Theresa concerning the pool code and she responded quickly although; she had that info already on the counter with other important information. This place brought our family many memories and fun. We look forward to visiting again real soon. Thanks Ms. Theresa!!

Great location! Easy walk to the pier, awesome restaurants and beach. Condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. It had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the pool and palm trees while sipping our morning coffee.
