Amazing stay, location, location, location... Beautiful and comfortable, instructions were easy thanks to John. The place is centrally located to just about everything cool in Santa Monica, shops and restaurants no need to drive. Two private bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a balcony. I will be back if I visit Santa Monica again and I would recommend to a friend.

John was a great host, proactive, nice and responsive. The place is in a perfect location to explore Santa Monica. Everything you need is close by and within walking distance. The beach is spectacular. We hope to stay here next time.

Great host great spot . My family and I used 3 great spot prior to Johns unit . We felt this was the best one for our family. Very happy with his service . I will definitely recommend to friends and use him again.

John is great. Completely understanding and accommodating of a travel issue I had. I couldn't go myself in the end, but the space and location are fantastic according to the person who did make it :)
