We really enjoyed our stay. There's not much in the immediate area but a 5-15min drive will put you right in the heart of all the fun. The only thing I give a heads-up about is the stairs! LOL It could have been in the description and I over looked it but they could be a problem for someone with bad knees like me!LOL Also if u have little people (I had 3 energetic little boys with me) you may want to be mindful of the neighbors below you. All in all the place was great! Whenever we needed help Seneca was was on it! Awesome host! I will look for this listing the next time I'm visiting Myrtle Beach.

I had a great stay she was super responsive and it was an amazing location it was a comfy place and the kids felt right at home! I loved it. I would avoid opening that back door because it seems that they (insects) like creeping in through there. But overall I loved the place and the environment for the Airbnb.

The host was very responsive. But things that were not in the home that is definitely needed no iron, oven mitts or pot holders are just sponge and dry towel that I had to use to remove pan from oven. The floor has a dip that cause my 90 year old dad to trip, going from the kitchen into the bedroom. There is crack in the floor that needs to be fixed as well. Needs to be fixed immediately that is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The toilets are very low. Light in the living room has a short it will blink off and on. Overall I did not spend a lot of time in the place because I had tv issues she did come by and fixed that. Minor issues that could save you a lot of unnecessary problems later. Get the floor fixed add an iron and necessities for your kitchen oven mitts and pot holders.

Overall, the place was older and more worn than the pictures showed. I know the price was low so I was not expecting a lot. However, as soon as we opened the door we could hear the smoke alarms beeping (batteries) and the countertops were not clean. Seneca was responsive and sent both maintenance and cleaning crews back to the property to take care of these concerns. Also, the vertical blinds were falling out of the holder which was frustrating for anyone trying to get onto the porch. Lastly, the exterior door by the dryer has a deadbolt that does not latch completely. It closes but the bolt does not go into the door frame more than halfway. I did not notice until late in our trip and so I did not inform Seneca. The porch sliding door had a damaged brace bar that makes it less secure and also harder to put in and out of the sliding door track. Overall, for less than $100/night I can get over all of this, and it was OK. I probably would not rent here again due to wear and tear.
