The location of the apartment is perfect, very close to the beach and promenade with all the great restaurants straight to the old Side ruins. The host was responsive and provided helpful instructions for check in. However the apartment is a bit dated and a bit too fragile, we felt as we are staying in a museum which gives special interesting vibe but requires caution in using. Overall pleasant stay.

The location is beautiful, right on the embankment, it was very calm and relaxing there in January. There are many places for walking around. Self check-in was simple and easy. The apartments themselves are quite old, as you can see in the photo, so they have a lot of wear and tear. But in a way, this adds value to the place as it is not just your standard modern apartment. There are several AC in the apartment, so it was quite warm even in winter. The downside is that the water pressure is very weak, it is difficult to take a normal shower, especially considering that there is no heater in the bathroom and it can be cold in the evening. There was indeed a strong smell of dampness in one of the bathrooms, but I kept the door closed and did not go in. There is another bathroom - no problems with it. Overall, a great place, with a beautiful view and unusual design, with some minor drawbacks that are best taken into account.

The balcony was so nice for evening sunsets. Great location close to beach. Murat was very accommodating and helped us when we needed assistance with figuring out the climate control. We had everything we needed and were happy with the location and recommend this place for budget friendly stay in a beautiful location.
