Good points, WiFi worked, very close to Metro and food shop, host explained information well, well stocked with amenities. Bad points, hole in kitchen floor, tiny shower can hardly move inside, beds extremely firm and uncomfortable, room with boiler is too hot to sleep in, no plug for the kitchen sink.

A lovely cosy place with spacious rooms. It was perfect for our one-night stay as a family in Sunderland. Khuram was very kind and helpful, he went out of his way for us to recover some stuff we had left behind. We will be staying here again in the future.

Khuram was really proactive and helpful in communicating with us! We went to an event at the Utilita Arena in Newcastle which was a short drive from the accommodation, and half the price! The house was bright, quiet, tidy, warm & very spacious with 3 double rooms & 1 single room. We got exactly what we’d hoped for :) We’d 100% book again.
