The location and amenities were perfect. We were in the heart of Historic Roscoe Village. Everything in the village is easily within walking distance to the rental. The unit is located above the Indian Bear Cork and Cleaver coffee shop/deli/wine and beer store which is a huge convenience when we wanted to grab a latte or pickup a selection of deli salads to round out a "stay in and cook" dinner. There is also a wonderful tavern located across the street. The unit itself is within a historic building which adds to its charm and character. Maxx made the processes of confirmation and check-in very easy. He promptly responds to messages/inquiries. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay and do highly recommend the unit to anyone wishing to experience Roscoe Village.

We had a nice stay overall. Just a few things I noticed during my stay was the sheets on the bed looked like they weren't changed, the bed could use a new mattress, and the couch smells like pee and had spots. We also had an issue with the TV and didn't get to enjoy it the first night we arrived but Maxx was awesome getting a Roku set up for us the next day.

very flexible for us with a 13 hour drive from Arkansas to Ohio. very helpful with changing times to fit our needs

Nice space for us & our fur babies. Attended Comedy Club at the Warehouse & walked across the street after it was over. Visited with family and met friends there. This was our second stay in the building.
