This houseboat was a place of fairytales. We enjoyed our stay so, so much. The sunsets were so lovely with boats/kayakers coming and going. We even got to meet some of the neighbors who were also lovely. It was like a floating tiny cottage that had all of the cute amenities you'd expect. Thomas and Carol were so kind and accommodating if we needed something. It was truly hard to leave such a lovely place. We would definitely come back! 10/10.

The first time I stayed in the lovely houseboat was such an enjoyable experience and this visit was just as special. The boat is charming, clean, well equipped with basic necessities, and in the perfect location. I will be back for sure.

We had a fabulous time on Tom’s houseboat on Sagamore Creek. Tom and his staff were available at all times to answer questions and made us feel at home. It was so pleasant to sit on the front deck and look out at the beautiful scenery, and really good restaurants and a great state park on the water and Portsmouth are all within a 5 minute drive.

I loved the location the boat house was just a great Portsmouth location. You are under 10 minutes to downtown Kittery, Portsmouth or Rye Beach. There was a luggage cart near the parking area that was great for getting our stuff to and from the boat. Carol that manages the harbor is great, everyone around there was so nice. They rent kayaks right at the boat house and it is an awesome area to kayak. There was a great BBQ area that was available to us which was really nice too. I rented this place for me and my brothers, everyone thought it was great, much better than staying in a motel along the coast as in years past. Would definately stay here again. FYI, the kitchen is a little small but was more than enough for the cooking we did. Recommend getting your lobsters steamed at the Market Basket (love that store)! Also there is a great place for icecream just up the road from the boat, but Lagos is worth the drive. The loft is a bit tight but sleeps well. Great vacation!!!
