Step into this boutique hotel-inspired home thoughtfully designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. The two king bedrooms both have newly renovated bathrooms with high-end fixtures and unique tile. The lower level acts has a large suite with a fireplace, living room, king size bedroom, and a full en-suite bathroom with a 4’x6’ shower. The house is equipped with 70” and 50” tvs and Google Fiber for super fast, easy streaming. Two king bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms. Third bedroom has a queen bed, and the fourth has a queen sized pull out sofa. The house is a split level so two half sets of stairs divide the 3 living areas.

This was a great place for my family and me to stay for our visit to KC! The house was as described, very clean, and easy to get into with the key pad. Tyler is a very responsive and friendly host!
Space worked out very well for us. Easy to get around from there. Near a Sprouts super market. Love to see modern taste in an older house.

My Husband and I are young ambitious New York transplants who after 8 years in Brooklyn made the move to the Midwest to be close to friends and family. I'm originally from Missouri and Anthony is originally from Brooklyn- We travel quite a bit to visit family and friends in both states and usually with our Brussels Griffon; Walter I'm a laid back photographer and Anthony is an adventurous CCO.
