I would like to start out by saying this place would be a great rental if the owner was more interested in maintaining the unit. It was difficult to check in, the place was dirty and amenities like soap, shampoo and detergent (the owner did buy some for us after we went to the store and bought our own) were not included even though the listing stated that they were. When we arrived at the unit we literally cleaned it from top to bottom due to hair and dirt all over the floors from the previous renter. Overall, the unit had beautiful views from both sides but lack of cleanliness was unacceptable for the price.

A casa é muito linda e aconchegante, exatamente como mas fotos. A vista é incrível e estar na casa por si só já é muito gostoso, quase não da vontade de sair. O ar condicionado e tv smart nos quartos foi um diferencial, como metade da viagem choveu muito, pudemos aproveitar bem a casa. Único ponto negativo q tivemos foi que algumas telhas da varanda estavam quebradas, quando chovia molhava tudo e não dava pra ficar nela. Nada que pequenos reparos não resolvam. Recomendo muito a estadia, já queremos voltar!

Linda casa, linda vista. Algumas pequenas melhorias foram sugeridas para uma melhor hospedagem. Além disso, o Felipe é uma pessoa muito agradável, além de ser muito atencioso! Recomendo!
