Dawn was an excellent host, cannot fault! Perfect and quick communication & there to help with anything we needed. Had some trouble getting in (not her fault!) but Dawn couldn’t have been more helpful. The room is so warm & cosy, beautifully decorated, super comfy bed with a choice of pillows & literally everything you could need. It’s so nice to find a host who will accept dogs, as I take my pooch pretty much everywhere with me. He had a restful stay, no disturbances. No garden but such is the set-up, I could pop him out for a toilet break anytime needed whilst on lead out front. It really was such a nice experience to be able to take him and not stress. We stayed on the middle floor, we had our own private bathroom on the landing with a lovely hot shower, & didn’t have to take any toiletries as it was all there. Check in & check out was easy, & it was really nice to meet Dawn. She really looks after her room & guests. I will be back, it’s a great find, and a great price ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed at Dawns place for one night with our small dog whilst visiting a family member that lives very close by Dawn was a great communicator,responding promptly every time , was clear and comprehensive in her instructions and also took time to advise me of some local things . The check in was flexible and easy ,we managed to park across the road .The house was welcoming and cosy and had a home from home feel , like staying at a relatives house . Dawn literally provided everything anyone could possibly need on a night away , thinking of everything and also generously providing refreshments and breakfast items ,The room was warm , bed comfy and our bathroom was just outside our room on the landing . We hope to stay here in future when in the area.

Great price, great host, great stay. The place had everything it needed. Dawn was very responsive. Would come back in a heart beat if we were ever passing through.
