Juanma was a fantastic host. He met us in person, provided a quick tour letting us know of all the amenities we can use (music, outdoor patio, etc), and he even provided a train pass. The home matched the description, clean and comfortable. We arrived with our 2 teenagers and everyone felt right at home. The neighborhood looks like it’s right out of a movie, so quant, clean and cute. A wonderful first impression and experience for Spain. We look forward to returning!

Probably our best AirBnb experience, a wonderful apartment with incredible facilities, including the amazing terrace, furnished to an extremely high spec and spotlessly clean. But by far the biggest plus were Juanma and David as hosts, who were endlessly patient and generous throughout our stay, going the extra mile to make the whole experience all the better for us. We left feeling we had not been fortunate in finding such great hosts, but fortunate to find 2 new friends. Picanya itself is charming and an easy 15-20 minutes from the centre of Valencia with 3 metro lines meaning we never waited more than a few minutes for a train. It was a Godsend after long days in the city, coming back each evening to a friendly, small, laidback and unpretentious town. We would step off the train each evening and just feel ourselves relax. Excellent restaurants and bars without the crowds, and always the terrace for a late night drink, enjoying the quiet of the locality and beautiful the skies.

Die Unterkunft von Juan war super ausgestattet und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Einzig etwas sauberer hätte sie sein können. ;) Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und Juan ist ein sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Er ging auf alle Wünsche ein, holte uns sogar von der Metro mit dem Gepäck ab und war rund um die Uhr erreichbar. Wir können es nur jedem empfehlen in seinem Apartment zu verweilen. Der Balkon mit den Lounge Möbeln und der grandiosen Aussicht sind einen Aufenthalt ebenfalls wert!

Wir hatten eine ganz wunderbare Wohnung, die nicht zu überbieten ist. Ganz besonders hervorzuheben ist die herzliche Gastfreundschaft des Vermieters, der immer hilfsbereit zu Seite stand. Alles war perfekt. Vielen Dank dafür.
