This is a really just-the-basics studio apartment. You need to bring your own towels and toiletries. No iron or hair dryer. Really nice modern building with a 24/7 doorman. You can use the building's laundry for 10 soles per load. Great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and shops 10min walk away. The kitchen has a toaster oven, rice cooker and blender, but no coffee maker or water filter. If you're traveling during Lima's summer, keep in mind there's no A/C and the apartment has poor airflow. The only window faces an elementary school which is very noisy from 7:00-15:00. I would not recommend this stay for remote work due to the noise. Cleanliness upon check-in can be improved.

Pros: Great host, and accepted feedback when concerns were brought up. Amazing studio apt that’s new with a huge TV, great mattress, nice desk and appliances! Cons: About 4 meters from the window is a school with outdoor hallways. The school year started at the end of my stay and so it’s fine if you don’t mind the noise or shutting the shades for more privacy during those hours.

Le logement est très confortable, le mobilier est de bonne qualité, tout est équipé et moderne. Gian est très réactif et arrangeant. La situation géographique est plutôt bonne, à quelques minutes à pied des lieux touristiques de Barranco. La fenêtre donne sur une école occupée seulement la matinée. Immeuble sécurisé et moderne.
