This studio was just what we needed for our getaway. Safe neighborhood, walkable to bus stops and Grand Central for getting around and near a couple restaurants that we loved (especially Joe's Coffee Shop 1 short block away for breakfast). My only negative was that it was on the 4th floor so lots of stairs to get in and out, but otherwise a great place.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Tolle Lage um Manhattan zu erkunden. Host hat laufend und zeitgerecht wichtige Infos gesendet. Ausstattung enthielt alles was man für einen Städtettrip braucht.

muy bien ubicado, muy limpio, justo para un par de días en NY. importante tener en cuenta que no hay ascensor si tienes problemas con eso y que no se puede cocinar, pero de resto espectacular

We stayed for 6 nights and the location of Menachem’s place was perfect for us. Easy walk to 5th Ave, Grand Central, Central Park and a half hour stroll to theatres. Citi bikes, which we used daily, were a couple of blocks away on 45th. Communication was excellent and check in was easy and we were able to store our bags as we arrived early morning. The place was spotless and quiet, although you do sometimes hear noise from the unit next door. The shower takes a while to warm up, but that and the stairs didn’t worry us. The water was hot!! Would definitely stay here again. A couple of our foodie highlights were The hole in the wall on E 35th st for great coffee and breakfast as well as Daintree (roof top) for pre theatre drinks, snacks and a great view of the Empire State. As well as Chinese Tuxedo and Morton’s steak restaurant just down the road, very convenient when it’s pouring with rain!
