When we arrived, we realised that the apartment advertised in the pictures was not the same. Then the bed’s had pubic hairs in them and had not been changed. We requested clean sheets and the ones in the cupboard absolutely smelled disgusting. We were told the cleaners could come back in two days and we had booked for 5 nights. I would never have let my family stay in a place like this. There were also hairs on the sofa and in the bathroom which hadn’t been cleaned properly. As you can see by my profile I have stayed in many places with Airbnb and have always enjoyed my experiences, cleanliness is a basic you should expect a landlord to provide. We immediately asked to cancel and the owner refused. Thankfully after sending photos to Airbnb our deposit has been returned! For your own sake, do not stay at this apartment.

Well located apartment, near shops and train station. There was a parking space. However, this is very difficult to get into, and I drive a Mini! Instructions were plentiful and a little overwhelming. Had to nudge Dillon for check-in instructions the night before we arrived as we'd heard nothing. No response to my query about early check-in or late check-out. With that said, the apartment was clean and well-appointed. As per the photos with 2 large bedrooms, one with ensuite, which was great. No TV, which is strange in this day and age, but we took the laptop, so it was fine. having the train station just round the corner was fantastic. Great value for money overall.

Der Aufenthalt hat uns grundsätzlich gut gefallen. Die Lage ist top und die Parkplatz Möglichkeit in der Tiefgarage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Leider ist das Appartement etwas abgelebt und die Matratzen waren ebenfalls Ausbaufähig. Die Pfannen in der Küche waren ebenfalls nicht sauber.Dennoch hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Dillon war stets sehr zeitnah zu erreichen, was auch sehr gut war. Alles in allem war die Unterkunft absolut in Ordnung für ein verlängertes Wochenende.

Found check in easy, parking facilities felt secure, the flat was lovely and it was clean. Got the train into London very easily from this location. The only downfall was the beds - we didn’t find them very comfortable & there was no tea/coffee/sugar in the kitchen. There is also no TV, but we were aware of this and took a laptop. Dillon is a great host, really helpful and responsive to messages.
