We propose to you to the hiring, on the commune of Embrun, this charming studio of a surface of 27 m ² and being able to accomodate to 4 travellers. Located on the 6th and last floor (with lift to the 5th floor), it consists of a living room of 18 m², an equipped kitchen, a shower room and a terrace to enjoy the invigorating mountain air. Now we are waiting for you! - A living room of 18 m² with TV, sofa bed (double, 160x200), storage space and dining area for 4 guests. - An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, combined microwave and oven, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine... - A bunk bed in the entrance hall (2 x 90x140). - A bathroom with shower and towel dryer (relatively narrow passage of about 45 cm to access the shower). - A separate toilet Outside : - A terrace facing East and benefiting from a view of the mountains, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days including a charcoal barbecue.

même s'il se trouve au 6 ème étage l'ascenseur fonctionne tres bien même s'il faut du 5 ème au 6 a pied ( quelques marche ça va appart très calme petit mais sympa tv cuisine avec lave vaisselle micro onde plaque chauffante parfait canapé lit moi qui n'aime pas forcément ça pour le coup il est très confortable malgré mon gabarit balcon sympa avec une vue sympa un parking privé avec barrière et code d'ouverture pour le prix c'est très bien l'équipe est sympa aussi de l'accueil avec toute les explications a la fin du séjour pour un mini état des lieux ce qui est normal je reviendrai
Je recommande, petit appartement très fonctionnel. Accueil très agréable ! Au top.

Bon rapport qualité-prix pour ce logement très bien rénové et propre. Accueil et départ très bien organisés par l'agence qui gère le bien. Seul petit bémol : je suis tombé sur une grosse période de pluie et l'appartement situé au dernier étage sous le toit était un peu bruyant. Mais rien de rédhibitoire .
