This place should be rated as "rare find" and host should be labeled as "super host"! All in all, the unit is highly recommended to travellers who are looking for a place to stay that is accessible to PUVs and at the same time secured. Host is very responsive, and flexible. With the help of ate Henny, the move in and out was very smooth. When I plan to visit Cebu City again, I will surely consider this in my list to stay in!
