we are Canadian travelers, husband , wife and 2 year old stayed here for 1 full month discount promotion for 30 days in this airbnb. the host runs a cleaning company , so you can imagine how clean the place is during our stay. we been to Dubia, Ajman abu dhabi but sharjah is the place to be as you can do everything in foot without the need of a vehicle or bus, parks , restaurants, beach, lake views , mosques , the shopping is so cheap around this area and the view in the balcony will put dubai to shame. this listing is rare as it has the whole view in one place. the majority of buildings are not close to the view or even compared. excellent location and you can save lots of money with so many things to do. after all my stay I prefer sharjah then all the UAE. There is a direct bus to dubai just 2 minutes walk behind the building. buses to abu dahbi and I even walked to dubai with my 2 year old son in a stroller couple times. However we always prefered sharjah due to good sidewalks !

The pros and cons of the place are as follows: Pros: • Bilal was very helpful, kind, and ready to answer all your queries. • The room and the bathroom were clean, exactly as they were in the pictures. • The location and the balcony view were the highlights of the place. Every attraction in Sharjah was close by or within walking distance. Food joints, Al Noor Island, shopping malls, bus stops—everything was close to the room. Cons: • The mosquito net was broken, so you could not keep the balcony door open for fresh air. • There is a lot of traffic noise day in and day out since the room is right above the main street or road. • There were a few cockroaches near the water filter and in the kitchen. • The other residents staying were a little too loud for my comfort, and they would bang their room doors too loudly. Overall, this was a good place because of its location and the view.

Great stay! prime location. Plave is exactly the same as shown in pictures. Very humble and helpful host. Eager to help and guide and answer questions. All kind of restaurants are nearby at walkable distance. Waterfront and Cornish is superb. Excellent views from the balcony. TV washing machine Wi-Fi all amenities are highly maintained. In a nutshell, go for it if looking for a stay in Sharjah.
