Casa Nella Breva can host a maximum 6 people within an entire apartment with a double/twin bedroom, a kids bunk-bed room and a sofa bed within the main living space. An open plan living/kitchen area gives guests the space and facilities to relax as a group for meal times and movies. The ground floor is pet friendly so your four-legged friends can come along. A shared patio area outside boasts amazing views from its dining table and stone bbq, sheltered under a beautiful kiwi vine. An open plan living/kitchen includes a cooker, electric hob, sink and fridge for food preparation as well as plenty of cupboards for storage. Convert the sofa into a double bed for extra guests or keep as a cosy space to watch some movies on the TV. The two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower are located on the upper floor. Fresh towels and bed-linen are provided, and there is access to a washing machine in the store-room underneath the apartment. Balcony access is through the main double/twin room where the sun will shine for nearly the whole day.

Es war wunderschön und eine tolle Unterkunft! Es war alles vorhanden, genug Platz und eine wunderschöne Aussicht. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit allem, Shampoo, Öl und Gewürze waren auch vorhanden, was uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Eine ruhige Umgebung, man kann seinen Urlaub einfach genießen! Sinaed war sehr freundlich und stand immer zur Verfügung, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Wir kommen gerne wieder ☀️
Sehr schöne, neu renovierte Wohnung
Unser Aufenthalt bei Sinead war einfach toll. Die Unterkunft ist in einem kleinem Dorf bergauf. Wie Sinead selbst beschreibt ist der Zugang zur Wohnung nichts für eingeschränkte (gehbehinderte) Menschen, da es ziemlich steinig und bergab geht. Wir waren mit unserer Hündin vor Ort, was für Sinead kein Problem war. Sie begrüßte unsere Hündin sehr sehr freundlich, so wie alle Menschen rund um den Comer See. Der Ausblick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist einfach toll! Bei Ankunft begrüßte uns ein Präsentkorb mit Leckereien, und später auch Sinead persönlich. Wir können die Unterkunft für alle die mit einem Auto unterwegs sind sehr empfehlen. :)

The apartment is in the village of Vercana nestled in hills above the town of Domaso. Bus and Ferry links are available from nearby Domaso, brochures and timetables will be left within the apartment. Trains run to the nearby town of Colico, but a car is recommended. Domaso is a beautiful town with plenty of café’s and restaurants as well as local shops/supermarkets. There is a garden walkway at the back of the property which will take you 20 minutes down the hill to the town. (This can be a steep walk back!)
