A simple homestay trying to provide home like experience up in the hills of Panchgani. If you are someone looking for a peaceful and personal gate away with your loved ones then this is for you. It’s a 24 thousand sq feet private property with the main bungalow and separate stand alone guest house with attached forest garden. Only the Guest house is listed and not the main bungalow. The guest house is in the south west part of the property. It is separate from the main bungalow having its own entrance. The guest house has just two bedrooms, lower & upper and NO hall or kitchen. The lower room is bit on a smaller side and guest might feel it compact due to its low ceiling of 8ft. But it compensates it’s smaller size by a attached Patio and garden. Both the rooms includes one queen size bed, one sofa, dressing table and a tea-coffee cabinet. The two rooms are NOT connected internally. Guest need to use the garden stairs to get down to second room. Hence its perfect for couples and not so suitable for families. Guest can go down the forest garden area, through its natural winding pathway going almost 50 feet down & up amongst the native trees. It's a favourite stopover for morning birds. There's also an open Terrace on the guesthouse which has a 360 degree view of the lake below, the strawberry fields, the famous tableland edge along with Sydney point. Guest need to be careful as the terrace does not have railing yet. Monsoons are the best period to stay here. You could witness the dance & play of sunlight on the Krishna river & the lake right from your bed. Clouds gliding from below to reach nowhere is an experience to cherish. Sunset & Sunrise points and the Bhilar water fall point are at walking distance from here.
