All in all, the apartment is comfortable and pleasant to spend time in. As for minor details related to the apartment itself, I personally did not get the impression from the pictures that it is on the ground floor and that there is little natural light. What I didn't like at all was the communication when I noticed that there was no hot water, not answering for a couple of days, I personally don't consider it professional. As for the host, Bianca is an extremely nice person, communicative and approachable, with a little setbacks... What I didn't get, and in a way I expected from the host, was to instruct me how to use the dish and the washing machine. In addition, to warn me about an extremely loud neighbor during the night, and to be told if there is some kind of pipeline change in the city that results in 3 weeks without hot water, especially if I'm not from Romania because I don't even know how to get that information.
