This is my families second year in a row traveling to the area for my daughter’s volleyball tournament, and I can honestly say I will never stay anywhere else when coming to town again. I can’t say enough great thing’s about this place. It exceeded my families expectations and more. The photos and description of this property are very accurate, and the cleanliness of the home was 10/10. The home is furnished with the most beautiful modernized furniture and decor, the beds were so comfortable, and the space of this home was perfect for our family of six. The indoor pool was the highlight of our weekend, the water was warm and the LED lights in the pool was an added bonus for the kids! The pool is secured and safe so that was a great especially with little ones. The game room was perfect, and the theater room was a great way to end each evening. Jimbo was very responsive and accommodating with any questions or needs we had. We loved everything and we can’t wait to come back again!

Stunning Cabin! We absolutely LOVED staying here for my daughters bday! There was 10 of us and there was PLENTY of room! There was so much to do at the cabin the kids wanted to stay in and swim. Pool was perfect for the younger kids and the boys loved the hot tub and arcade room! The Modern vibe and decor of the cabin was my favorite! The location was extremely close to Pigeon Forge and there was a gas station maybe 5 mins from the cabin. We would 100% stay here again!

We stayed at Swimmin’ on the Bluff cabin this weekend! It was super nice and had all the amenities we were looking at in a cabin such as arcade games, pool table, theater room, and a indoor swimming pool IN the cabin that is about 4- 5ft deep with a shallow end near the steps. The perfect size for our group of 9 adults and one baby. The other thing I would like to mention that is a GOOD discrepancy in the listing, is that the cabin sleeps 14. On the first floor is the 2 king master suites (4 people) and in the lower level, there is a 3rd room that has 2 QUEEN bunk beds with steps in between (+8 people) plus across from the queen bunk beds is 2 single beds (+2). So that is 10 people in the 3rd PLUS 4 on main level which is 14 PEOPLE. We loved the 3rd bedroom (accommodates 10 people) which is also adjacent the bathroom, theater room, game room and swimming pool room!!! We all had a blast!!!

This place really felt like home! It had plenty of space for everyone to spread out but it still felt cozy and inviting. The home was clean and beautifully decorated. Our kids loved the pool! It even had a small landing area at the shallow end that was perfect for our small kids to play on. The pool was locked up and felt very safe for the kids. The view from the master bedroom windows is absolutely to die for at night! That was my favorite part of the trip, turning all the lights off at bedtime, opening up all the blinds in the master and just laying in bed look at all the lights of the city. We would absolutely recommend this house to anyone and would to stay again sometime!
