Welcome to The Suburban Retreat! This 6 bed 3 bath home nestled into the tranquil forests surrounding Stone Mountain is the perfect getaway for you and your family. Once you arrive at our property, you’ll see a small palm tree surrounded by sand will be met with a cozy, modern stay that is only 30 minutes away from Atlanta. This property has 3 Floors, 2 of which you will have all to yourself. The first level (basement) has a secured separation. Once you step into our abode, you’ll be met with a modern interior, styled with elegant color schemes, modern furniture, and chic fixtures. Additionally, the home is full of tech to make life easier for you and your guests, including modern front-load washers and dryers, smart TVs, and even modern gaming consoles. In terms of the spaces we offer, we have both indoor and outdoor spaces that are great for gathering with friends and family. From our fully-decked kitchen to our spacious outdoor deck, we have everything you’ll need for a stress-free stay here at The Suburban Retreat! Our Amenities During your stay, we want you to have fun as you unwind. To that end, we have all of the creature comforts that come with a modern rental space, in addition to our unique offerings. We know how important a home-cooked meal is, so we’ve included nearly everything you will need to make your favorite dishes. You can expect the following accommodations in our kitchen space: Oven/Stove Microwave Refrigerator Toaster Oven Coffee Maker Electric Kettle Pots and Pans Blender Basic Silverware (knives, spoons, forks, etc.) Cookware (pots, pans, etc.) Our kitchen also comes with a small glass table for dining, chatting, or simply relaxing as you enjoy the view of our deck from the inside. Adjacent to the kitchen is a full dining room so you can gather around the table and enjoy delicious food with your friends and family. Our Bedrooms When it’s time to turn in for the night, you can retire to any of our 5 bedrooms throughout the home. Each of our 6 Queen-sized beds is topped with 1800-thread Egyptian microfiber sheets, allowing you to get fantastic rest while you’re here. If you need a little extra sleeping space during your stay, we also have a pull-out couch and air mattress for use. So you can enjoy the nice year-round climate of Metro Atlanta, we have a sizable deck overlooking our large backyard. The deck and outdoor space are perfect for getting fresh air with your guests or hosting a get-together. The deck is 18’ by 24’, meaning you should have plenty of space for a small event or gathering. Our backyard space is over 1500 square feet, so you can host small to medium-sized events with ease. Additional Living Spaces In addition to the living spaces mentioned above, we also have a family room and living room on the first floor with even more couch space and entertainment options. Specifically, our family room has a smart TV and offers easy access to our kitchen, laundry room, and deck. Our living room space sits adjacent to our dining room and features two comfortable couches to enjoy. Our living room also has a nice view of the neighborhood and offers easy access to the foyer.
