Great location and responsive host!

The host was responsive and it was professionally cleaned, and it was sufficiently stocked to live in. However, the back half of the house had excessive moisture present from an unknown source, and I was unable to occupy the back half of the house and I also avoided the kitchen due to health concerns. When I entered the house my glasses immediately fogged up, and I smelled that unmistakable musty smell. When I entered the rear of the house the smell was much stronger, and the rear bathroom mirror was so fogged with condensation that I could not see my reflection. Closer inspection showed the kitchen wall in common with this bathroom had blistering, appearing to be caused from excess moisture. The host offered me alternate accommodations in another City, but that would not work for me. The host offered me a small refund to offset the problems (while I continued my stay) and I accepted, but then she did not follow through and did not give me the discount as agreed.

We immediately felt at home after coming to stay before our elopement with our reverend. At first, I was worried about road noise but with the upgraded windows it was surprisingly quiet. The living room was clean and open, we felt right at home immediately. The two master bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the beds heavenly and warm during a New Year's Eve night. All the appliances worked wonderfully, though the washer and dryer were a little noisy nothing closing the door between the two sections of the house couldn't fix. We enjoyed the spacious backyard with the picnic table for a private guitar session, as well as sitting on the front porch watching traffic go by. There is plenty within walking distance to see, such as the antique store, coffee shop, cannabis shop, wine and cheese, and of course, the legendary Bluebird Cafe which we breakfasted at after a brief three or four-minute walk. Would stay again, the bullfrogs sang us to sleep at night. Thank you again!

Very lovely home. Very easy to find. Lots of room and privacy. Very responsive and friendly and kind host. We will definitely stay here again.

A fine little house in Hopland. Two bedrooms are close together, and the third bedroom is attached in the back. The back bedroom is smaller with a lower ceiling. Lots of road noise, but got the job done for a place to sleep.
