'Brambles' is a beautiful bungalow in the lower part of Combe Martin, 5 minutes from Combe Martins Beaches, pubs, and shops. A large dog safe garden you can sit, relax, and enjoy! Ideally placed for the perfect walking/exploring break, alone, with friends/children, and your dog! Explore North Devon-Woolacombe/Lynton&Lynmouth/Exmoor. Brambles has a new kitchen and bathroom, 2 b/rooms, 2 reception rooms, separate WC+sofa bed for an extra person/s & Parking! Available most of year for min 2 nights The house has a cosy lounge, a sweet dining room. The Kitchen was newly fitted in early 2022 and has an integrated fridge and d/washer and washing m/c. A small freezer is in the pantry for those frozen bits. There is a double bedroom and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath with shower over the top and a separate WC. The lounge has a sofa bed for that extra guest(s), just ask when booking for the sofa bed linen. A Gorgeous secluded Garden of over 3/4 acre gives a delightful place to seat and enjoy the evening with a drink or for your pet to run around. With Garden furniture to sit on and beautiful flowers to enjoy, it is a lovely setting to enjoy after a long day walking or exploring. A 2 min walk from the 'Pack of Cards' Pub, with great food and drink. just over a 5min walk to the beaches (one being dog friendly all year round).

Highly recommend this air bnb… Hayley was extremely helpful and very quick to respond with any questions I had. The bungalow was beautiful and very well looked after… Hayley was extremely helpful as we were in Devon for a wedding and gave me so much information and more where to eat, taxis etc… would really recommend this bungalow … and Hayley was a really great host! We loved our stay at the Brambles! The property itself is homely and charming and is very conveniently located - it was easy to find and we had everything we needed. It was also a lovely and very welcome surprise to arrive to some biscuits after a long drive. Hayley’s hosting was the one of the reasons our stay was so enjoyable! She is friendly, responsive, helpful and gave us lots of recommendations for Combe Martin and the wider area. We really appreciated her checking in and making sure we had what we needed, which we did. As for Combe Martin itself, the village is beautiful and very peaceful, with a lovely beach. The location is perfect for exploring North Devon, with only a short drive to other locations such as Woolacombe and Lynton & Lynmouth, both of which we visited and thoroughly enjoyed. Thank you so much for your hospitality Hayley, we would definitely recommend and would love to return soon!

Lovely house in a great location, informative host! if I had any criticism it would be that the toilet was a bit small for someone of my size. Kebab shop opposite was very good

Combe Martin is a beautiful small coastal village in North Devon. Just 15 minutes from Ilfracombe and situated on the South West Coastal Path, this village has lots to offer for walkers and family's. There are 2 small family friendly beaches with kayaking and paddle boarding common place. There is walking and exploring the edge of Exmoors National Park with Hangmans Point a must do walk from 'Kiln' Car Park which overlooks the beach. Brambles is ideally placed in the village being central so very near 'King Stores' convenience store providing you with all your essentials if you've forgotten anything. You are also just a 3 minute walk away from the 'Pack of Cards Public House', with 'The Castle' and 'Green Dragon Public Houses' very close by too. All serve food every evening in High Season, along with the Pubs and restaurants/cafes by the Beach. All the highlights of the beach are just a 5 minute walk down the village. There is a Premier Shop on the beach front again for essentials and of course the traditional 'Fab' Fish and Chip shop is at the beach front too, always popular so there may be a queue. 'West Country Fayre' have home made treats for you to spoil yourself with. For those that are more active there are 2 popular surfing/paddle boarding/kayaking shops near the beach, so explore around the coast by kayak or SUP. Combe Martin is just 20 mins away from Woolacombe/Croyde/Saunton Sands and Lynton & Lynmouth, so endless possibilities for days out. Brambles has a quiet location in the lower part of this Coastal Village in a Valley.
Brambles is elevated and there are steps to the house from the pavement. Cars can pull up and drop off on the curbside and then park across the road in the allocated space that we have for Brambles. Your vehicle can be parked, there is now a dedicated parking space across the road from Brambles.
The property is ideally situated to allow guest to explore the North Devon Coastline by footpath and is just a short drive to Woolacombe or Exmoor National Park.
