One of our favorite Airbnb stays ever. The place was incredibly peaceful. The front yard and porch were beautiful, the perfect setting for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. Spacious & well equipped kitchen to prepare meals. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat close to the beach, safe neighborhood, private free parking, great amenities.

Austin is an INCREDIBLE host. No matter what the time the phone rang he answered. Very accommodating! This place is so nice we keep extending our stay. The neighborhood is artsy farcy. We got locked out one night and the neighbor called arbnb for us and contacted Austin, easy peasy. We have dogs that loved the front yard. Its beautiful. We just wished that all the lights worked. Very private, the house is set back from the road, so you don’t see people passing by. We don’t want to leave. Would definitely book with Austin again!!!

The house is located on a quiet street, there is a private yard where you can relax in the shade. The house has everything you need for cooking. The mattress is Memory shaped, too soft for me, but generally ok. The owner promptly wrote clear instructions and it was easy to find home. What I didn’t like: The house was not completely cleaned. There was garbage and corpses of cockroaches and other bugs under the sofa and bed, there was also garbage on the shelves in the refrigerator, the oven was dirty.

Austin’s place was perfect for the week. Everything was in close proximity, and the location itself was perfect. Having a front porch, big front yard, and driveway parking were just a few awesome benefits of the property that I normally don’t find staying in south Florida. Looking forward to staying again!
