Great location for our stay, close to shops and food outlets. Clean and fresh feeling. Lounge room needs another sofa to accommodate up to the 9 listed Kitchen appliances are very minimal, could use with extra or larger frying pans, or additional electric frying pan. A small BBQ would be ideal, with seating in outdoor area. We still very much enjoyed the place, Alicia was easy to communicate with. And home was very fitting for our stay.

Great location, beds were all as expected. Just a few things were unexpected, like very minimal dish soap, dishwasher tables, bin bags, shampoo, condition, soap, laundry powder. When I messaged about this we were told we would have to go and buy ourselves and then keep receipt to get reimbursed. Not enough bowls, cups/mugs for the amount of people the house caters to (I even messaged to check this prior to arrival as that’s what other reviews implied). Only 1 pot and 1 pan for a huge 5 bedroom house, the kitchen just seemed to be stocked to the bare minimum. When I asked about this again the response was to go and buy some and we would get a $30 reimbursement. Grass was overgrown out the back and there were unused tiles left at a low level in the pantry. A few random things left in the garage too. Also 2 hand written signs to keep the noise down, stuck on the wall implying they could hear us.

Alicia's place was in a very convienent location and being able to use her double car garage it was a no brainer for us. Easy check in, nice quick and easy no complaints there. There was enough linen and toilet paper provided. There was fully ducted air conditioning! But with pro's also comes the cons.. What let the house down was the fact that it needs general maintenace. Marks on the walls and in saying that they probably needed painting.The furniture in the living room and dining room felt very small for the size of the room. In relation to the maintenance side of things, the grass out the back needed to be mowed was way overgrown. Out the front it looks like they had an old letterbox that was run over, well that was still sitting there. The lock on the side gate was broken so coulve had people just walk into the back of the property off the street. Minimal cutlery, plates, pans, pots etc we had to go out and purchase our own. Otherwise no other complaints
