Equipped with boiler, heating and air conditioning, this first floor apartment, although accessible, may present some noise from the street. Read on below. Come and enjoy your stay in Madrid from this beautiful and modern flat! Located just a few metres from the Menéndez Pelayo metro station, just a few minutes from Atocha and 5 metro stops from Puerta del Sol, you will be in the heart of the city. Just 10 minutes from the Retiro and with easy access to BiciMAD and buses, you will be able to enjoy all that Madrid has to offer. The flat has been completely renovated and is brand new and equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washing machine and dryer. It has one bedroom with a double bed, a sofa bed in the living room and a modern kitchen. There is also a bathroom with shower and a set of keys. Although the flat is located on the ground floor and with independent access from the street, please note that there is a public car park just a 3-minute walk away, so don't hesitate to check the description for more details! If you are traveling with a baby, please note that this apartment is also equipped with a crib if needed. If you need a highchair for your baby, there is an extra charge of 20 euros, and prior notice is needed to prepare it in the flat.

Alojamiento acorde a su anuncio. Ubicación genial para ver la ciudad. Gran comunicación con los propietarios. Limpieza perfecta y todos los útiles necesarios en el apartamento. Si es cierto que se escuchan ruidos del portal y la calle pero por nuestra parte repetiríamos sin dudar. Gran experiencia. ¡Gracias por todo!

Excelente estadía, confortable, cómodo apartamento,excelente ubicación. Metro cercano, Estación Atocha a 10 minutos caminando. Quedamos muy contentos y conformes . Gracias a Fran, Marta y Olga por su preocupación y atención . Sin duda volvería . 🇨🇱
A hospedagem bate com as fotos do anúncio. Com mais de um supermercado por perto. Metrô na frente da acomodação. Gostei bastante e super recomendo. Anfitriãs sempre respondendo de forma rápida e educadas.
