Also the street has 24hour free parking on both sides. -Complimentary breakfast includes oatmeal, regular and decaf coffee, and a variety of teas. -The property features a bathroom on every floor of this 3 story home. A half bath on the first and third floor and a full bath on the second. The full bathroom has a luxurious deep soaker tub, a separate shower featuring 2 different head options, heated floor, and towel warmer. What some of our guests don’t like about our listing: -The floors can creak some as this is an older home, however it has been newly remodeled and professionally designed. -Some of the windows stick shut as they are still the old cast-iron weighted windows. This is part of the charm of an older home, although they are planned to be replaced next year. -Potential for noise from the restaurants up the street in summer as they have outdoor dining areas with live musicians. -Our home has a basement suites with a long-term tenant living there, which has the potential for some noise. These spaces are completely separate with their own private entrance and no space is shared between the units. -Our seasonal spa is only available May through October and is closed during the other months as it is an inflatable spa and cannot handle the cold winter temperatures. Plants and some out door furniture are placed in storage during the winter. Our home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people. Featuring a variety of sleeping options with a King bed in the master, queen bed, full-bed, two twin beds and the bonus room is equipped with a brand new queen memory foam floor-mattress, if needed, which fits comfortably in the living room area, as well as a Portable crib with mattress. All beds are made with freshly cleaned linens. The kitchen comes fully loaded with appliances such as microwave, fridge, stove, and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes, and cutlery.
