John was easy to talk to. We arrived at the place earlier than the supposed check in but he was still able to accommodate us. The place was nice and most of the time we’re just sitting or relaxing while admiring the scenery and the quietness of the place. It also gets really cold at night so make sure to bring thick comforters or sleeping bags. There was a large group that stayed in the place at the same time with us so we had a hard time when it comes to using the public places i.e the outdoor kitchen because they were also using the kitchen utensils and stove, so I suggest that you bring your cooking equipments with you so you won’t need to wait for the other guests to finish using the utensils/outdoor kitchen. Highly recommended for those who just want to camp and relax!

Next time make it clear that you are not only renting your garden for tents but you also rent you attict c/o yins guest house. Thus, we felt the disparity as we have common areas to share with those staying inside rooms.

Last minute booked this place after another campsite didn’t work out and it was the best outcome yet! John was super accommodating, especially for our large group and the scenic views at night and during the day are amazing. Highly recommend!

Don’t get fooled by G Maps or Waze. The place is near the Chinese Village and not where the “maps” show you. Once you arrive at the place, the beautiful mountain view will greet you. The place is not a campsite but rather a backyard of a charming, old house. We camped here overnight as a stopover to visit the Strawberry Farm. The stay was all worth the experience. The host was also very friendly and accommodating.
