Great views from huge balconies, good-sized bedrooms, and large living areas with good coastal breeze. Bathrooms were not as advertised ,only one toilet for the whole apartment, and many of the door handles needed repairs.Lacking basic necessities such as bedding which we had to go hunt all the cupboard and rooms for,not enough cups ,wine glasses,toilet paper,utensils for eating lacking the usual generosity of bnb that we have come to know. there were no instructions on how to use the tv, etc.Also, no information on the local area .But with just a few small hospitality improvements and some general maintenance, this apartment has the ability to become something amazing

great stay close to the beach. walkable to all amenities and easy parking! wrap around balcony was impressive and excellent to spend the evenings listening to the ocean.

The apartment was very nice, clean and in an excellent location, but not entirely as advertised and lacking a few facilities. Pros: Excellent location two mins from beach and shops Very clean Good air con (in bedrooms only) Good amount of extra bedding and towels Good transport links to Heraklion/Airport Amazing views from the terrace Great to have a TV with streaming services & music Cons: Toilet seat was loose when we arrived, broke in half early during our stay and was not fixed One toilet (advertised as 2.5 bath) Some outdoor furniture tatty, sun lounger broken Address was confusing, building name not clear so had problems finding it No building staff as advertised Slight lack of cooking utensils (e.g only three knives for four people) No coffee making facilities as advertised

a perfect apartment, with an unforgettable view, beautiful terraces, with everything you need to spend vacation. 2 minutes to the sea. many restaurants and shops nearby, and Stavros is a very responsible and friendly host. therefore I definitely recommend it
