Simply one of the best homestays experience we have had so far. A nice little hamlet away from city's hustle and bustle. Very peaceful, quiet location, well maintained, close to the nature. The house is better than the pictures and the interiors are beautiful. Naniappa uncle and aunty are very friendly and welcoming. We travelled with our pet dogs and they did everything to make our stay comfortable including taking us to the viewpoint, showing us his plantation, recommending places to visit etc. Aunty is a brilliant cook and made many local Coorgi dishes for us. Our dogs loved the place. There was so much space to run around, play and explore. No restrictions at all. Overall, it felt home! :)

The place is quiet and serene. the best part for me was food by aunty. Absolutely delicious food, beverages and snacks. Naniappa ensures that all your needs are met. Very good-natured and friendly host. He gave us a visit to his estate as well as nearby places (like the sunset point). Would love to visit this place again.

Would highly recommend Bans Plantation stay if you're looking for a peaceful and calming place. My family and I stayed here for two nights and thoroughly enjoyed our time. The accommodation is very comfortable with plenty of space for our family consisting of four adults (including two senior citizens). It is located in the middle of his plantation and is surrounded by greenery! The high speed wifi is very reliable as well. Big thanks to Mr. Naniappa and his wife, who took very good care of us. Right from escorting us to the plantation from a nearby town (even after sharing the location with us days in advance), giving us a tour of the plantation in his car, to arranging for a bonfire, Mr. Naniappa took a lot of effort to ensure we had an enjoyable time. The food cooked by Mrs. Naniappa was a delight - wholesome and delicious! She even sent hot milk after dinner for my mother at her request. In several ways both of them went the extra mile to make us comfortable!

We as a family had an amazing time at Mr Naniappa’s place. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful location, surrounded by coffee plantation. The house itself is beautiful, clean and cozy. They provide delicious homemade food, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Tried their homemade wine as well which was a new experience for us. Mr Naniappa and his wife were very welcoming and generous. He took us to nearby places for sightseeing. They also have two lovely dogs at the house with whom we enjoyed interacting. The staff at the house were very caring. Mr Naniappa is a highly knowledgeable and experienced person, we learnt a lot about growing and maintaining a coffee plantation. Would definitely recommend this place to people looking for a warm and comfortable stay, away from the city. We hope to visit again in the future.

Aesthetic house, had a lovely experience, lot to talk and learn from the hosts. Very cute and friendly dogs (you can throw your stick and they'll run wagging their tail to bring that stick) The owner also took us to places to visit. Our unplanned sudden trip got a successful check due to the place! Highly recommended to come and chill out.
