What a beautiful spot! We took our kids but I’d love to return for some time away by myself. Walkable to Pinnacle Park and close to downtown Sylva as well. Mary was an excellent host!

I cannot express enough what a wonderful time we had. The house is beautifully remodeled and is full of wonderful special touches We especially loved the swing as we watched our granddaughter play in the creek A beautiful special place to all of us Cannot wait to come back again!

We loved the private and beautiful backyard with fireplace and hot tub. We however had some issues like both bathrooms didn’t have a lock and we had couple of accidents when others opened the bathroom door while some one else is using the bathroom. The water in the kitchen sink was running very slowly and we had to wash dishes in the restroom. The pull out sofa was not horizontal and stands at an angle. This was not comfortable at all and I couldn’t sleep properly. I would expect these basic things to be there if I am paying 800 bucks for 2 nights. Other than that it’s a lovely cabin, great location, very private and beautiful. Mary is very responsive. I am not giving this a 5 because of the issues I mentioned above. Once they are fixed this would be a great place to stay for a vacation.
