Nice place located in the middle of the jungle. Just be aware that you will need your own transport way as there is no walkable restaurant around and it's quite far to the Beach. You also need to make sure the owner is there when you want to enter in the area as there is 5 dogs. Not that convinient for a short trip !

We had booked to stay here over Christmas and were really looking forward to it. Unfortunately there was a typhoon and all boats to the island were cancelled so we were stranded in Cebu. I messaged Joachim to explain and enquire about a refund but I received no response. I understand it’s not their fault either, but to totally ignore my message is poor business etiquette. I wouldn’t bother staying here as they clearly don’t care about their guests.

We absolutely loved our stay at Kim's Garden. The location, the view, the staff. It was fantastic. Anda ia a beautiful area and Kim and his wife Shirie had great tips and advice. We snorkeled right outside the cottages and we swam regularly, it's like your own private ocean on your door step. The staff are the friendliest, they are helpful, nothing is too much for them and their smiles and greetings were so warm each day, in fact saying goodbye was quite a sad moment. This place is a gem. Adding to this, Kim and Shirie own a restaurant not far from the cottages. The food there is next level amazing. I love the Philippines, this stay has made me love it even more.

Wir unsern Aufenthalt im großartig kultivierten Dschungel sehr genossen. Unsere Unterkunft im Family Room war stilvoll, praktisch und lud zum ausruhen und verweilen ein. Das Massiv gebaute Hauser ist angenehm kühl und lässt sich mit Aircondition oder Propeller gut temperieren. An die Dusche mit nicht extra erwärmten Wasser lernt man nach einem heissen Tag zu genießen. Das individuell zubereitete Frühstück (im offenen Palmendachhaus) ließ bei Pancakes, Fried Rice, frischen Obst und Kaffee, Tee oder frischen Säften keine Wünsche offen. Die Hunde von Joachim leisteten uns dabei sehr angenehm Gesellschaft. Am kleine Strand konnten wir ab Mittags im Schatten von der Palmen im Sand spielen oder von der Hängematte das wunderbare Wasser genießen. Zum schnorcheln und baden sind es nur einige Treppenstufen zum Wasser. Und der Ausblick ist auf das Meer und weit und breit kein Mensch und kein Boot ... Bei Ausflügen und Fragen haben wir immer Hilfe und gute Ideen z.B. beim organisieren der Fahrer/Fahrzeuge oder Restauranttips etc. bekommen. Wir (45/46/14/6) haben bei unserem Aufenthalt den Ort gefunden, wo wir unseren Alltag ganz schnell vergessen konnten und uns einfach erholen. Dank WLAN wurde unsere Verbindung zur Welt gehalten. Eine Reise zu Kims Garden muss gut organisiert sein, da ein Paradies natürlich nicht mit im Trubel von Touristen zu finden ist.
