Yue’s place is ideal. It’s an easy walk to the beach. There is a wonderful walking path along the beach at night and it feels very safe. The home is very spacious and very clean. There are plenty of hangers and my fellow females can relate to that’s. The kitchen is well equipped with basic spices which saves money at the grocery store. Lots of food and groceries near by. Great stay for parents of athletes swimming or playing baseball in Federal Way.

What a wonderful and private space. The guest house is very roomy and full of thoughtful touches. There’s a very nice covered patio area bordering on a lovely yard, and natural space beyond. Also, a five minute walk from the beach. It was a fantastic place to stay.

Very pleased with this listing. Yue is a great host, quick to answer questions too. large, very clean. enjoyed lunches on quiet back porch, great locations for dinners. recommend. we will be back when in the area
