Beautiful, historic home with a professional remodel and quality ammenities that made it feel more like a home than a business. Comfortable beds and couch, a porch with a view of Thumb Butte, large dining table and a functional kitchen. Kay responded within the hour any time that I reached out with questions. Overall great experience.

This is a very nice place. The work that has gone into the property is quite impressive. Very convenient. It was my first trip to Prescott, AZ and this property made it really nice. It is a little pricey. By the time you add up everything it ends up being just a little more then $500 a night. Also, they required a $500 security deposit. We are really good renters and they refunded the $500 quickly. The one thing to note is that the common BR is beautiful, but has a Garden Tub and is risky to shower in. I wouldn't have elderly use this shower. The BR in the main room is really nice. The couch in the front room may be the most comfortable couch I've ever sat on. Hot Tub was in perfect working condition and the set up in the back yard is really cool. Thank you for a great experience.

Kay's home is beautiful; previous reviews are all correct. The home is adorable, you can tell she takes pride in how well she maintains and cares for her property & everything in the home from the furniture, decor, & other little amenities which made our family feel welcome and comfortable. The area was nice, quite & we appreciate all of the comforts & felt as at home in her place as we would have felt in our own home. Our family loves to cook and spend time in the homes we visit; Kay kept her kitchen clean stocked with spices, containers to store extra food, & other cooking items that were helpful when away from our home. Beds were comfortable and living space gave us plenty of room. My only issue with our visit was unfortunately, the hot tub did not work however, Kay reached out personally & her personal effort to make the situation better is why I am providing a 5 star rating. This personal connection & care makes a difference to our family & shows that she values her guest.

We loved staying here. The house was adorable and super convenient to everything we wanted to do. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive to all our questions. Looking forward to going back in the future!

When we got to the house we couldn't get to the door for so much snow. I text and right away someone came out to shovel a path. Great service and everything we needed to make the weekend special.
