We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was lovely and comfortable, the pool was great, and the location worked well for our needs. I would definitely stay here again!

Jenifer was really easy to communicate with, her home in great shape and offered good amenities like the game room. Just a watch out on the actual location of the house itself, it is directly across the street from the main community bar/pool area and there was live, very loud music which went until midnight. We had no heads up nor any way of knowing this and it made for a very restless night of sleep. While there are clear rules about no parties/loud music past 11 p.m. for the rental, the area itself was super loud and went well past 11 p.m. Great host, nice home, not a great location if you're looking for a more restful trip or have early morning commitments.

Traveling with two young kids was a breeze staying here. We had a blast in the pool and the close proximity to Legoland was a major plus. We did not check out the water park across the street but it seemed nice at a glance. We enjoyed the kitchen and spending time in this home away from home. Checking in and finding the home was easy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

This was a adorable neighborhood. It's close to restaurants and stores without feeling like you are " in the city". The water park across the street is great. We had some trouble with the refrigerator and Jennifer quickly took care of it. The only thing I would note is the night activity. It wasn't a problem for us because our kids sleep pretty soundly but Friday and Saturday nights the restaurant across the street plays very loud but great live music and our neighbors hosted a after party of sorts it seemed well into the morning. Again not a problem for us but just something to keep in mind if you have small children who need a peaceful slumber. We would rent here again no doubt.

Felt right at home with all the comforts and plenty for young families to enjoy. The house was really nice and smelled fresh. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. Jenifer is the best host and is very quick to respond. Highly recommended if you need something in this area.
