Michael was amazing, super nice and very hospitable. He made it feel like a home away from home. It was very private and comfy and clean. We where provided bike lock codes and the internet code as soon and we got there. There was a private entrance into a large screened in porch, which was very nice. Bed and pillows where super comfy. He provided beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach blankets, and bikes for free. Gave us free rein of the kitchen too which was nice to make those late night drinks😉 and allowed us to smoke in the screened in porch area outside. If you're used to a 5 star hotel you might think the livingroom or yard is a little cluttered. But the bedroom bathroom and kitchen are all very clean. The older bathroom rug might not be as stylish as the 5 star hotels, but good luck trying to find a better place to stay anywhere near these rates walking distance to the beach. Plus free bikes to use. I would pick this place every time and we can't wait to go back.

If your looking for basic clean, practical and convenient at a decent price for the area this is it. Michael is a super sweet host willing to go the extra mile. Nice safe neighborhood so don't let your first impression put you off. We are world travelers that have stayed in many 5* places and I would not hesitate to stay at Michaels again.

Michael is such a nice guy! A highlight for us was using 2 bikes he made available to us! He loaned us coats for a chilly boat ride. He also loaned us binoculars and a bird book to help us identify wildlife on our tour. He was very generous. Murray
