We had 11 family members from age 2 to 69y. The house accommodated us all. Great time with boat. The kids loved the tubing. Peaceful surroundings. The house is very well stocked with snacks, every utensil, pots and pans you need. Very much appreciated the intro to the boat and info about restaurants.

We had a great time! Kids loved the pool and the boat was fun to take around the harbor. The beds were very comfortable and having the extra bathroom was helpful! I liked that it was minimally decorated. The house was very well stocked with snacks, condiments, spices, coffee, drinks, beer and wine! I also appreciated the extras like mac n cheese and frozen pizza!

We met with family for Thanksgiving at house with a boat and the accommodations were outstanding. The owner is very friendly and professional and thought of Everything. We had a great time and it was a comfortable stay

Everything about our stay was great. It was a beautiful home, clean, well stocked, and the enclosed pool and boat were a great addition. It’s proximity to Alligator bay made it a quick boat ride through the channel. I will definitely be booking it again.
